Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated licensed therapist to join our team and provide telehealth psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, and families. Responsibilities include conducting intakes and assessments, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, coordinating care with relevant providers or agencies, and participating in required supervision and staff meetings.

Qualified candidates must hold a master’s-level license in Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC), and have experience providing psychotherapy to diverse age groups. Strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to care are essential. Experience working with children and adolescents is highly valued.

We offer a supportive, collegial environment with individual supervision provided. Clinicians are paid $50 per individual/family session (LMSW/LGPC) and $55 per session (LCSW-C/LCPC), with intakes compensated at $70 per session. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week), including after-school availability and the option to choose your own hours.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator Intern to support our efforts in expanding access to mental health services and building community relationships. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in psychology, social work, public health, or a related field. The intern will assist with developing and implementing outreach strategies, researching and connecting with schools, churches, and local organizations, and creating outreach materials such as emails and social media content. Additional responsibilities include maintaining contact logs, supporting virtual events, and attending team meetings to provide updates on outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and passionate about mental health and community engagement. Strong communication skills and familiarity with digital tools are highly valued. This is a remote, part-time internship (10–15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. Interns will receive supervision and mentorship from licensed professionals, hands-on experience in outreach and advocacy, and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
